WHAT IS THE ANAHATA BATTLE?

The Anahata Battle is a heart-centered shuffle showcase, inviting women to step into their power, express their skills, and elevate the scene.
It's not only a competition, but an annual weekend of events that provide a supportive space for the femme. To take up space, exchange, transform, and be heard (especially through movement).
To honor women and all who identify as such, is to honor the force of creation itself. The force of resilience. The force of a rhythmic heartbeat that can be felt in all of us. Collectively and individually, we become UNSTRUCK!
Shuffle dance can impact us more than our physical body, which is why this event shines light on the importance of mind-heart health and community Love. When we let the dance become a ritual in our lives, that ritual becomes the medicine, and that medicine becomes the magic.

This year, The Anahata Battle and The M Project are coming together with a shared mission: to make mental health more human, more embodied, and more accessible. Together, we believe healing can come through movement and connection. Both of us honor the power of somatics, dance, and embodied expression as pathways for mental health and liberation. This reminds us that the mind, body, and heart are all one system.
